Can I return my order?

We really hope you love your Jungly Delights, but if for some reason you aren’t happy please send us an email at hello@junglydelights.com within 20 days of receiving it and we will work to resolve your query. 

Being that we sell food, for the safety of not only you but all customers, all sales are final. We hope you understand that this policy has been made with you in mind! Therefore, we do not offer refunds.

However, we offer full replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Just send us an email to process the replacement and make sure to send in an image of what went wrong. Replacement orders will be processed until 20 days after placing the original  order. 

Can I change/cancel my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately you cannot amend or cancel your order once it has been placed. If you have a query regarding your order please contact us at hello@junglydelights.com and we will be able to help from there.

I’ve lost my confirmation email / i didn’t receive a confirmation email.

Please check your Junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake.
